If there’s one thing I’ve learned during this cookbook adventure, it’s that food is not always as easy to photograph as it is to make! Luckily we have an amazing stylist {Paige} who’s attention to detail is like no other.  Don’t believe me? Just check out this shoot of our Sweet Chili Noodle Salad…

First, Paige separated the noodles with a huge toothpick.

Then, she trimmed the noodles with scissors.  No, I’m not kidding.

To add shine to the dish, Paige added oil with a paintbrush.  Yep, a paintbrush. 

Getting that mint leaf nice and shiny!

After placing each cucumber slice perfectly and distributing the toppings just right, the finished product looks as good as it tastes! Success!!
